FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • No, but we do have spot bids for various destinations that we do regular business with. Give us a call to see if we can get you a better bid. As reminder, title doesn't transfer until grain is accepted at destination. If you want a price from Banghart Properties; the grain will need to dump under Banghart Properties and you will need one of our BOL.

  • Presently we do not offer deferred payments; all grain is paid within contract terms or state statues.

  • A) We will mail or email a contract within 24 hours or the trade. Once received please review and advise within 24 hours if there are any discrepancy’s

  • A) we will send you an on farm BOL with instruction letter.

  • Presently, we have licenses and bonds in the following states; South Dakota, North Dakota, and Colorado.

  • Yes. We help line up freight or connect you with other buyers that can help you set up freight.

  • Until the grain is dumped at the destination you will retain the title. We will attempt to help you find an alternative destination, with any cost being on your account.
